Introducing actual use cases and features of vibration control measures for diesel and gas generators.
This is an introduction to our "Vibration Control Measures for Diesel and Gas Generators." Large gas and diesel generators are used for various applications. The main objectives of vibration control measures in this application are to reduce the transmission of vibrations from the engine, which is the source of vibration, to the surrounding environment, and to decrease raw material costs and construction time by reducing the size of the foundation. Our vibration control devices are composed of metal coil springs and viscous dampers, and are placed under the frame where the engine is located. [Features] - Vibrations transmitted from the engine to the ground are effectively eliminated. - Dynamic forces applied to the foundation are reduced. - Durable coil springs and viscous dampers. - Forces applied to the installation site are limited to almost static forces. - Height adjustments can be easily made by adding shims to the spring elements. - Both vibration control and seismic isolation effects can be achieved simultaneously. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
