Using two or more precision theodolites, we measure the manufacturing, machining, and assembly accuracy of structures such as rockets, satellites, space stations, and aircraft. The measurement data is in three-dimensional Cartesian coordinates (X, Y, Z), with an accuracy of one ten-thousandth to one two-hundred-thousandth of the measurement distance. Since it is a non-contact method, measurements can be conducted without attaching targets or similar devices to the object, allowing us to verify whether the structure is as designed.

***Features*** - This is a non-contact system that uses multiple precision theodolites with an angular measurement accuracy of 0.5″. - The measurement accuracy depends on the distance between the measuring instrument and the target object, but the relative accuracy when measured from a distance of 5m is approximately 25 to 50μm. - Up to four theodolites can be used simultaneously.
