A micro low-potential measuring device capable of measuring low-potential static electricity that causes electrostatic destruction. ■□■Features■□■ ■High-precision measurement of static electricity below 100V, which was difficult with conventional models, with measurement capability starting from 0.1V. ■Newly added range switching function allows for the measurement of micro potentials. ■By shortening the measurement distance, the measurement area is narrowed, enabling measurement of an area approximately 20mm square, allowing for high-precision measurement of the surface potential of small electronic devices. ■The display section and detection section are separate, allowing measurements in narrow spaces, with the ability to view measurement values at hand. ■Capable of measuring small electronic components as well as potential distribution of wide objects. ■Switching between peak hold measurement and continuous measurement is possible. ■Built-in fault diagnosis circuit for the detection sensor, with display in case of failure (patented). ■Includes a sleep mode function as a countermeasure against battery depletion due to forgetting to turn off the power. ■For more details, please download the catalog or contact us.
