New Product: Quick Coupling (Fitting) 'SPE Type' ■ This coupling dramatically reduces resistance loss. It is an evolved fitting that has mastered fluid analysis of its internal structure. - We have identified the resistance generation situation of each component and implemented loss reduction measures. ■ A fitting that seeks the ideal flow with newly designed components, achieving high flow rates. - By reducing pressure loss, the coupling doubles the flow rate (CSPE06: approximately 200% flow achieved compared to our CSP06). ■ A fitting that has dramatically improved alignment performance through seal method enhancement. - This coupling has transitioned from a pressure welding method to an axial seal method. ■ For medium and low pressure, dual-path open/close type. - A dual-path open/close quick coupling equipped with automatic valves in both the socket and plug. - The moment the coupling is separated, both the socket and plug are in a completely sealed state. - The passage opens simultaneously with connection, and closes simultaneously with separation, resulting in minimal fluid loss and air contamination. - The valves in the socket and plug instantly adhere to the valve seat, stopping the flow of fluid. Therefore, there is no fluid leakage. - The O-ring inside the socket seals completely, preventing any external leakage.
