The sensor section employs a capacitive method with rapid warm-up characteristics, resulting in extremely low temperature influence, allowing for high-speed and high-sensitivity measurement of minute pressure changes. One-way and two-way pressure ranges are available. It uses an analog signal corresponding to the full-scale range, making it suitable for integration into various manufacturing, inspection, and automation devices.
