The vibration-damping rubber, which excels in shock and vibration absorption, absorbs energy without almost any rebound even when subjected to external forces. Its physical properties and durability are comparable to those of general rubber. It is widely used as a component in quiet and low-vibration products. ● Exhibits excellent vibration-damping performance in the room temperature range (5 to 35℃)! The rebound elasticity is below 10%. ● A lineup with additional characteristics! GP-LE: Has the best vibration-damping performance among Hane-Nite and can also produce colored rubber. CP-S: Usable down to -20℃. MP: Demonstrates vibration-damping function over a wide temperature range (-9 to 43℃). ● Excellent processability allows for free shapes! Can be molded similarly to general rubber. Strong adhesion to metals is possible (except for CP). Cutting and punching of sheet materials are also acceptable. Teflon coating (vulcanized adhesion) is possible. ● Lightweight sponge sheets! Independent bubble vibration-damping sponge with a specific gravity of 0.3. ● Commitment to environmental measures Compliant with environmental-related substances (RoHS2 directive).
