The "Ultra Solid Reactor," a high-speed reaction solidification device for sludge, is capable of effectively handling not only sludge treatment but also the insolubilization of heavy metals in construction-generated soil and the decomposition of dioxins. In general construction machinery mixers, the contact time between the treated material and the insolubilization agent is short, which can reduce the insolubilization effect. The Ultra Solid Reactor can set the stirring time to at least one and a half minutes, allowing for better mixing and higher insolubilization efficiency. The "Ultra Solid Reactor," a high-speed reaction solidification device for sludge, is a newly developed apparatus by engineers who have been engaged in solidification treatment devices for over 20 years, pursuing economic efficiency. The "Ultra Solid Reactor" is patented. The high-speed reaction solidification device sends warm air from an electric warm air blower, allowing the internal temperature to be constantly set for optimal hydration reactions. This results in the hydration reaction between sludge and solidifying agents being significantly more active compared to room temperature stirring, enabling the discharge of dried material even with a reduced addition rate of the solidifying agent. The discharge state after solidification can be freely selected between semi-dry and dry conditions by adjusting the addition rate of the solidifying agent. By setting an electronic control program, automatic adjustment of the addition rate of the solidifying agent is possible, achieving a significantly more economical solidification treatment compared to conventional methods. The standard processing capacity of the high-speed reaction solidification device is 7m³/h, but it is also possible to manufacture devices with the desired processing capacity. We recommend a semi-hydrated gypsum-based solidifying agent that generates minimal heat and steam. We also provide consulting services for the solidification of waste gypsum boards.

The semi-hydrated gypsum-based solidifying agent has various proven applications, including the improvement of dredged soil, enhancement of subgrade materials, improvement of waste embankments and dredged soil to create new embankments, and mixing as fine aggregate for recycled crushers after solidifying concrete sludge.
