Automating the creation and verification of manufacturing industry documents "Yomikaki"

Information from order forms, emails, etc., into your usual Excel. A dedicated AI employee to reduce the hassle of transcription and verification.

Compare the order form and the email to input order information. Compile the records received from the site into Excel. Cross-check the delivery note with the original documents. "Yomikaki" supports these repetitive document tasks that occur in the manufacturing industry. We build a dedicated AI employee tailored to your company's materials, documents, and input rules. It reads, organizes, and cross-checks necessary information from multiple documents and reflects it in the Excel and Word formats you usually use. You can verify the source of the entered values, and any missing information or discrepancies between documents are presented as "to be confirmed." This makes it easier for the responsible person to identify areas that need checking. BizCon handles everything from organizing business procedures, constructing systems, validating with real data, to operation and improvement after deployment. You can implement it by selecting one specific task, such as order input or inspection record creation.
