Lightweight ducts ideal for air conditioning renovations in hospitals and nursing facilities.
In hospitals and nursing facilities, it is necessary to carry out renovations and expansions of air conditioning and ventilation systems while maintaining a comfortable environment for users, and there is a demand for shortening construction periods and reducing work burdens. The aluminum 6-layer flexible duct "K-430" adopts a lightweight design that is about one-tenth the weight of spiral ducts and features a freely deformable structure. This reduces the burden of transportation and installation, enabling efficient construction without the need for joints. Additionally, it can be compressed to about one-eighth of its size, contributing to the reduction of storage and transportation space. 【Usage Scenarios】 - Renovation of air conditioning and ventilation systems in hospitals and clinics - Equipment renewal work in nursing facilities and elderly homes - Air conditioning installation work in patient rooms, living spaces, and common areas - Duct piping associated with facility expansions and renovations 【Benefits of Implementation】 - Reduction of transportation and installation burdens due to lightweight design, approximately one-tenth that of spiral ducts - Easy installation in ceiling spaces and equipment areas due to the freely deformable structure - Efficiency in renovation work through reduced construction time by eliminating the need for joints - Compressible to about one-eighth, reducing storage and transportation space - Contribution to shortening construction periods and lowering transportation and storage costs
