**Instructions** **How to Use** **Connection Method A (for regular vehicles and hybrid vehicles with the battery in the engine compartment)** Please turn the engine key to OFF for both the broken vehicle and the normal vehicle. Connect the red clip to the positive terminal of the broken vehicle's battery. Connect the other red clip to the positive terminal of the normal vehicle's battery. Connect the black clip to the negative terminal of the normal vehicle's battery. Connect the other black clip to the engine block of the broken vehicle. If this is not possible, connect it to an unpainted metal part in the engine compartment. **Starting the Engine** Ensure that the clips are securely connected. For automatic vehicles, set to parking; for manual vehicles, set to neutral and engage the handbrake, then start the engine of the normal vehicle. Follow the RPM and waiting time specified in the owner's manuals of both the rescue vehicle and the broken vehicle. Since this varies by vehicle type, do not perform the operation with a uniform RPM or time. Turn the engine key of the broken vehicle for 3 seconds. If it does not start, wait for more than 7 seconds and then turn it for another 3 seconds. If it does not start after about 10 attempts, stop the operation and either switch to a larger capacity cable or investigate other possible causes of the breakdown.
