The dust removal capability is enhanced by the installation of the airflow vibration type new flutter jet nozzle. The new flutter jet nozzle creates a wide range of fluctuating airflow, spraying air jets over a broad area due to changes in airflow direction. Moreover, there is no dust emission because there are no airflow control mechanisms such as louvers. Adoption of a color LCD touch panel for the display A color LCD touch panel is used to display the operating status.
