Features - Heat shield piston compatible with ambient temperatures of 45-50°C By adopting a heat shield piston, the bearings at the small end of the piston connecting rod, which are susceptible to the effects of compression heat, have been reduced. Additionally, the aluminum piston has a hollow structure and is coated with a super engineering plastic. The coating blocks compression heat, and the hollow structure efficiently cools the entire piston, reducing the temperature of the large end bearings. This maintains product reliability even in high-temperature environments. The tank mount type is now usable up to 50°C, while the package type is usable up to 45°C. - Improved offset structure and air valve increase discharged air volume by up to 3% The inclination of the piston rings, which is characteristic of oscillating pistons, is suppressed by the offset structure, improving sealing performance. Combined with improvements to the air valve, the discharged air volume has increased by up to 3%. - Reduction in the number of consumable parts and extended warranty Consumable parts include the rider ring.
