Compliance with Cleanliness ISO Class 7 With a HEPA filter that has a collection efficiency (counting method) of 99.97% or higher (0.3μm), it complies with Cleanliness ISO Class 7 (equivalent to the former U.S. Federal Standard Fed.Std.209D Class 10,000), making it suitable for hospitals, food processing, precision instruments, and electronic equipment that demand high cleanliness. (Ceiling cassette type, wall-mounted type, and direct blow-out type HEPA filters are sold separately; wall-mounted type and duct blow-out type are locally prepared items.) Enhanced Performance of Standard HEPA Filters Standard optional HEPA filters are available with scan test products and SEK (red mark) antibacterial specifications.
