Reasons for not taking action: Since I haven't set a clear goal, I lack the passion and energy to take action. In other words, I don't feel motivated, so I can't act. Justification: This can be rephrased as "an excuse." People are very good at justifying their reasons for not taking action. "I'll start tomorrow." "I can't help it because I don't have time right now." "I'll work on it once the conditions (like money) are in place," and so on. The result of justification is always regret. To avoid regret, first, acknowledge that you are justifying your inaction. Specifically, write down the justifying phrases you use in your daily life on paper. Words control a person's consciousness, so it's important to clearly recognize your excuses. Next, accurately recognize the situation that those words have led you to. This allows you to genuinely feel the pain that has arisen. Then, vow to never make the same mistake again. Finally, start associating with people who have achieved the results you desire. Alternatively, build a network with highly motivated individuals who share the same aspirations as you. Next time, I will share "The mindset and actions for achieving goals."
