We would like to introduce the results of a demonstration regarding the improvement of cleaning efficiency of grease traps using micro-nano bubbles. We focused on various challenges such as the heavy labor of cleaning and the generation of unpleasant odors in the grease traps of restaurants. Before the introduction, the fats had oxidized and darkened, adhering to the sides, but after 13 days, the oil floated up in a greasy state and clearly separated from the water.
