In heavy snowfall areas, despite being a wooden structure, a light roof expression and a large space for restaurants and shops were achieved by adopting "keel beams" and "lattice beams," which are used in boat hull structures, for the roof framing. By rigidly connecting the joints with GIR (Glue-In-Rod: Home Connector), structural challenges were resolved.
