We would like to introduce a case where Nagoya City University implemented our self-service survey tool "Freeasy." There was a need to involve a wider range of participants beyond just university students in the research, as well as to conduct multiple surveys for the research. After the introduction of this tool, we were able to conduct multiple surveys with monitors from all over Japan, which expanded the scope of the research.
