We would like to introduce a case where our "Kumiki" was implemented at Sansei Shokai. At the company, the staff had been visually checking and intuitively grasping the inventory levels, which led to the establishment of production and shipping plans based on ambiguous figures, resulting in inefficiencies. After the implementation, the stabilization of measurement accuracy reduced the variability in figures caused by staff changes, enabling the creation of highly accurate production and shipping plans.
