Environmentally friendly high-tensile steel grating.
This is a grating for the upper lid type U-shaped drainage channel (PU1 type) compliant with JIS A 5372. It is referred to as "flanged grating" due to its feature of being hooked onto the drainage channel with L angles on both sides. Flanged types are commonly used in agricultural waterways, particularly in bench flumes, but due to the larger taper on the inside of the drainage channel, it is necessary to increase the size of the angles. The vehicle direction for U-shaped channel gratings (flanged type) is only for longitudinal use. Please note that it is not intended for use in areas where vehicles cross (except for special designs). It is listed as a general product (high-tensile steel grating) and can be widely used in both public and private construction projects. The main material uses high-tensile steel, which has higher strength than conventional steel, achieving an average cost reduction of 2% compared to SS400 steel gratings of the same standard, along with weight reduction and approximately 25% reduction in CO2 emissions during manufacturing and transportation. It accommodates a wide range of specifications from coarse to fine, transverse and longitudinal, and load capacities from T-2 to T-25.

Structure of Grating Bearing Bar: The main component that supports the load, arranged vertically, at equal intervals, and parallel. Twist Bar: An auxiliary component electrically pressure-welded at a right angle to the bearing bar, using twisted hexagonal steel to keep the bearing bars vertical and parallel, preventing buckling. End Bar (End Angle): Steel material welded at the ends (ends) in a direction perpendicular to the main component to provide edging.
