We would like to introduce a case where we supported the construction of a centralized application system for a major telecommunications company. Previously, the application destinations varied depending on the content of the application, making it difficult for employees to understand where to submit their requests. In the case of ordering supplies such as employee ID cards and PCs, multiple applications had to be submitted individually, leading to instances of missed applications and duplicated work. We established a system that allows all applications to be executed from a single screen and introduced a feature to check the status of responses in real-time.
