We received an inquiry from a road administrator stating, "We are conducting regular inspections of the tunnels within our jurisdiction, but the records are scattered across each inspection, making it difficult to grasp the progress of any changes." Along with the implementation of the inspection survey, we were asked to standardize the records, organize the ledger, and create comparative materials for changes over time. In this case, we conducted close visual inspections and sound tests, and created standardized formats for the change development diagrams, photo ledger, and inspection reports. We also prepared comparative materials with past records, which were utilized to identify areas of change and prioritize sections for repairs.
