basic information
**[Purpose of This Meeting]** With the spread of generative AI, access to information has become dramatically easier. However, to enhance the strength of organizations, it is essential to improve the qualities of individuals and the quality of their relationships. Here, "human power" refers to the comprehensive strength that arises from the interplay of personality, networks, and wisdom. The sustainable growth of a company is built precisely on this foundation. In this session, we will provide an opportunity to re-examine everyday assumptions and common sense, using the book "The Good Life," based on long-term research by Harvard University, to reconstruct our own decision-making frameworks. **[Positioning as JPI]** JPI has been active as a platform supporting corporate decision-making through the provision of insights that capture changes in policy and industrial structure. However, the true source of sustainable competitive advantage lies not only in institutional responses but also in the quality of management foundations such as human resources, organization, and culture. This initiative focuses on "the intrinsic growth potential of companies," including human capital management and well-being management, as a new pillar for enhancing value creation from within organizations. Moving forward, we will continuously develop projects centered on people and organizations.
