basic information
【Course Overview】 Currently, unlike previous PPPs, a new trend is emerging where operators create their own projects, making this type of PPP mainstream. New methods such as small concessions and LABV, which are forms of revenue-generating PPPs, have appeared, increasing opportunities for revenue generation. Since these methods allow for free thinking in business, acquiring new know-how is necessary for accurate business analysis and proposals. Because this is a new market for revenue-generating PPPs, new entrants with innovative ideas, including local companies, are effective and present opportunities for revenue generation. We will clarify "what types of projects have significant revenue opportunities," "how to address risks," and "whether there are any pitfalls," while explaining key points for business success and avoidance strategies. We will provide know-how to quickly identify several key points, including "how to determine which projects to participate in," "methods for ensuring project success," and "key points for proposal writing." 【Course Topics】 ■ New generation revenue-generating projects, including small concessions ■ Assessing entry into next-generation revenue-generating PPPs ■ Key points for creating business plan proposals ■ Future of revenue-generating PPP projects based on successful case studies ■ Related Q&A session ■ Business card and information exchange meeting
