Case Study of Multi-Purpose Electric Cart 'MITRA': Linear Equipment Inspection Robot

A case where JR Tokai utilized MITRA as a linear equipment inspection robot! Currently under development with the aim of improving the efficiency of equipment inspection and maintenance operations.

We would like to introduce a case where our multi-purpose electric cart 'MITRA' has been utilized by Central Japan Railway Company (JR Central) as the linear equipment inspection robot 'Minervα'. 'Minervα' is a prototype equipment inspection robot that automatically conducts visual inspections of various mechanical facilities that support the operation of the superconducting linear train, aimed at improving the efficiency of inspection and maintenance tasks.
