basic information
【Lecture Overview】 The redevelopment of the urban center and Sannomiya aims to fully utilize the location conditions of being "surrounded by the sea and mountains, with the station close to the town," creating a "comfortable town where people can enjoy walking" that naturally invites visitors into the town the moment they exit the station, allowing them to stroll around the waterfront and surrounding areas. Based on the "Future Vision of Kobe's Urban Center" and the "Basic Concept for the Redevelopment of the Sannomiya Area," both formulated in September 2015, public and private sectors are collaborating to advance redevelopment efforts, and concrete steps are being taken towards town planning that is suitable for Kobe's gateway, integrating public spaces with surrounding buildings. 【Lecture Items】 ■ Overview of Kobe City ■ Urban Center and Sannomiya Redevelopment ■ Town Planning in Kobe City ■ Support for Business Location in Kobe City ■ Related Q&A ■ Business Card and Information Exchange Meeting
