This is a "hybrid handhole" installed in the tunnel's interior. It was realized from the voices of "concerns" at the site! 【Ensuring "ease of opening" and "durability" in harsh tunnel environments.】 The tunnel environment is humid, and there is a demand for "ease of inspection" due to vibrations from vehicle traffic and salt damage. We address these challenges. In the dark and high-humidity environment of the tunnel, the "sticking" and "corrosion" of the handhole cover can significantly hinder maintenance. Our handhole is compatible with a checker plate cover specification. It alleviates on-site stress and guarantees reliable access over the long term. ▪ Excellent rust prevention performance: We use checker plate made of hot-dip galvanized steel, which prevents corrosion from the unique humidity and water leaks in tunnels for an extended period. ▪ Reliable anti-slip and safety design: The raised checker pattern prevents slips and falls for pedestrians and workers. Additionally, it features a high-precision finish that minimizes the height difference with the concrete edge. ▪ Bolt fixation and dust-proof design: The bolt-fixed design reduces "play" caused by vibrations during vehicle passage.
