This is a project case where a complex large-scale site was restructured from a UX perspective to improve business outcomes. I participated as a PMO in a large-scale project involving about 200 people, supporting decision-making across departments and facilitating smooth execution. The entire site was reorganized along a "product axis," and a new design system was introduced that balances innovation and reliability.
