(Performance Introduction) "New Construction of a Paid Nursing Home in Ie Island" In the construction of a nursing home on Ie Island, Okinawa, our lightweight resin formwork (DUO) and aluminum slab formwork (GRIDFLEX) were used.
RC 1-story building Construction area: 1,364 square meters Total floor area: 1,359 square meters Formwork construction area: Foundation part approximately 1,500 square meters, above ground floor: approximately 3,500 square meters (total: approximately 5,000 square meters)
The needs on site were mainly identified as the following three points: reduction in the number of materials, reduction in the number of workers, and a higher work efficiency. To address these issues, Perry Japan proposed the lightweight resin formwork system (DUO) and the aluminum slab formwork (GRIDFLEX), which were newly introduced to the Japanese market in 2019. These solutions contributed to reducing the number of materials, shortening work time, and improving labor efficiency.
