We would like to introduce a case study from a metal factory that has implemented our commercial vapor-type humidifier, the "Moist Fan Large." 【Case Overview】 ■ Facility: Metal Factory (Saitama Prefecture) ■ Installation Location: Workshop within the factory ■ Usage Period: November to April The facility is a metal processing factory with an area of over 700 square meters. While the air conditioning system had a humidification function, it was insufficient, and they were looking for a humidifier to assist with dryness prevention. Humidification is crucial because dryness can lead to static electricity and material deformation, which can affect quality and safety. Considering the size of the room, we proposed the Moist Fan Large. Although there were some areas where it felt a bit cramped, it was determined that it did not obstruct movement and increased humidity, leading to its installation. We discussed with the customer where to place it to ensure it would not be in the way while effectively preventing static electricity and deformation. Previously, they found it difficult to raise humidity by even 10%, but the Moist Fan Large proved effective in preventing static electricity and material deformation.
