【Lecture Overview】 This lecture provides an overview of the current state of foreigner acceptance in our country, as well as government initiatives, in light of the further progression of serious low birth rates, an aging population, and a declining population. It will discuss how, amid a worsening labor shortage and intensifying international competition for talent, our country aims to become a preferred destination. In June 2024, a new training and employment system was established to replace the traditional technical intern training system, focusing on human resource development and securing talent.
