【Lecture Overview】 As the decline of the domestic working-age population becomes unavoidable, the environment surrounding administration and citizens' lives is becoming increasingly severe due to the intensification and frequency of disasters, as well as the aging of infrastructure that has exceeded 50 years since construction.
