[Consulting Fee Regulations] If a job seeker introduced by our company is hired as a full-time employee and a contract is established between the job seeker and the hiring company, the hiring company will pay a consulting fee of 35% of the annual income of the candidate (excluding consumption tax). The annual income referred to here includes the total amount of the salary (regardless of the name, including compensation, salary, etc., excluding overtime pay and commuting allowance) paid by the hiring company to the job seeker for 12 months, as well as the expected bonus amount (calculated based on the average number of bonus months for all full-time employees in the previous year). Additionally, we do not receive any monetary compensation from the job seeker regarding job placement services. Furthermore, if a candidate introduced by our company resigns due to personal reasons or is dismissed for misconduct within three months from the date of joining, we will refund the consulting fee as follows: (1) If less than one month, 80% of the consulting fee (2) If one month or more but less than three months, 50% of the consulting fee.
