【Lecture Overview】 With the decarbonization and the reform of work styles due to the declining birthrate and aging population, as well as advancements in technologies such as IoT, cloud computing, and AI, there is increasing attention on smart buildings. Amid the demand for solutions to challenges such as energy conservation, improved comfort, and operational efficiency (DX) through the utilization of building data, the cross-industry "Smart Building Co-Creation Organization" was established in April 2025.
