basic information
**Lecture Overview** As the declining birthrate progresses, securing disaster prevention personnel in government agencies has become increasingly difficult, potentially hindering effective support during disasters. To prepare for large-scale disasters such as the anticipated Nankai Trough megaquake, it is essential to dramatically enhance the planning and proposal functions of disaster prevention operations and to maintain thorough preparedness at all times. To achieve this, promoting "Disaster Prevention DX" is extremely important for strengthening the disaster response capabilities of local governments, including wide-area disaster response. In this lecture, we will elaborate on the following three initiatives, considering this background: 1. The "New Comprehensive Disaster Prevention Information System (SOBO-WEB)" that aids in information sharing between municipalities during wide-area disasters. 2. The "New Material System (B-PLo)" that visualizes the stockpiling status of emergency supplies during normal times and enables wide-area collaboration for material support during disasters. 3. The "Cloud-based Disaster Victim Support System" that streamlines and optimizes support operations for disaster victims, including management of shelter admissions and exits and issuance of disaster certificates. **Lecture Items** - Building a Disaster Prevention Digital Platform - Promoting the Digitalization of Push-type Material Support - Disaster Victim Support DX - Related Q&A - Business Card and Information Exchange Meeting
