【Course Overview】 Since the enactment of the PFI Act in 1999, the number of PPP/PFI/concession projects has steadily increased, and along with this, the range of players involved in PPP/PFI/concessions has also expanded. On the other hand, it is presumed that each player faces various practical questions on a daily basis while engaging in individual projects.
