**Lecture Overview** The outbreak of the novel coronavirus has brought about dramatic changes in social issues and values throughout Japan. In addition to railway services, our company is working on various projects aimed at enhancing the overall appeal of the areas along the railway lines, having formulated the "Co-Creation Strategy for Line-side Value" in May 2024 to respond to the changing needs of local residents.
