Dear Sir/Madam, I am pleased to hear that your company is thriving. I would like to express my sincere gratitude for your continued support. We would like to inform you that we have decided to revise the design prices for our non-combustible decorative panels and auxiliary materials as outlined below. In the past, we have requested price adjustments due to the soaring prices of raw materials, as well as increases in logistics costs, labor costs, auxiliary material prices, and energy costs. However, we anticipate further cost increases in the future. We have been making efforts to absorb these rising costs through production rationalization and other cost-cutting measures, but we have reached a point where these efforts are no longer sufficient, and we have no choice but to revise our prices. We kindly ask for your understanding and hope for your continued patronage in the future.
Company information
Leveraging our foundational chemical technology, we have expanded our business into chemical products and building materials, continuing to achieve solid growth as a manufacturer that creates materials, designs, and technologies. In particular, we are the top domestic manufacturer of melamine decorative boards and boast a high market share in exterior and interior finishing materials such as "Joripat" and non-combustible decorative boards like "Seral." Our strengths lie in our "material collaboration model," where we supply key resins and decorative boards across different businesses, our "product development capabilities" that exhibit high synergy among various divisions, and our "excellent design capabilities," which are highly popular in the construction industry.
