basic information
Construction Concrete Sensor "PERI ISC" <NETIS Registration Number: CB-230029-A> https://www.netis.mlit.go.jp/netis/ ■ Measuring Device (Consists of a main Hub and child Nodes.) * The main Hub displays the measured data in real-time. * Connect various sensors to the child Node. The collected data is transmitted to the main Hub via WLAN. * The main Hub functions as a gateway connecting the child Node and the web application, transferring all collected data and current measurement data to the web application. ■ Connectable Sensors 1. Temperature Sensor 2. Pressure Sensor (for lateral pressure measurement) 3. Filling and Compaction Detection Sensor (With future capability for water-cement ratio sensors) ■ WEB Cloud Service * You can monitor and analyze data without being restricted by time or location. The web-based tool is accessible from various devices. * For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Detailed information
-
Install filling detection sensors and temperature sensors inside the steel formwork.
-
Fix the sensor using binding wire to the inside of the formwork and the rebar. The Node (subunit) is magnetically detachable, so it is mounted on the steel scaffolding near the formwork. (To prevent falling, it is secured using materials like Insulock.) When fixing to the rebar, ensure that the sensor's transmission and reception parts do not shake, and conduct a check around the sensor installation location.
-
Near the sensor installation location.
-
During concrete pouring, the filling status can be monitored on the Hub (parent device) even from a location away from the Node (child device) connected to the sensor. Depending on the communication strength, it is possible to grasp the pouring status in real-time even at a certain distance.
-
During the concrete pouring, sensors continuously detect the concrete filling status. The filling detection and compaction detection are managed in real-time on the monitor of the Hub (main unit).
