[Case Study of LED Spotlight Implementation] Hotel New Otani

We would like to introduce a case study on the introduction of LED spotlights at Hotel New Otani in Tokyo. The hotel has been proactive in transitioning to LED lighting fixtures, and since around 2011, when the LED spotlight "SL1" was first released, they have been actively considering its implementation. With halogen lighting fixtures, the items being illuminated can become warm due to the heat of the light, but the "SL series" uses LED lighting, allowing for cold ingredients like sushi to be illuminated without warming or drying them out.
