basic information
【Lecture Overview】 In Susaki City, starting from the "Kochi Prefecture Sewerage Management Improvement Study Committee" held in fiscal year 2013, we have been advancing fundamental management improvement initiatives by examining the challenges and improvement measures of the Susaki City public sewerage project. In April 2020, we launched the "Susaki City Public Sewerage Facility Operation Project," which is the second of its kind in the nation in the sewerage sector and the first in the country to establish operational rights for all sewage pipes in use. In fiscal year 2024, as we reach a milestone of four and a half years since the project's inception (as of the end of September 2024), we are conducting a mid-term evaluation to objectively assess whether this project is progressing appropriately and effectively. This lecture will explain the current status of the project. 【Lecture Topics】 ■ Overview of Susaki City ■ Challenges and management improvement policies of the Susaki City public sewerage project ■ Initiatives for management improvement ■ Susaki City public sewerage facility operation project ■ Monitoring ■ Implementation of the project ■ Related Q&A ■ Business card and information exchange meeting
