The combination of a polyamide support disk and a plastic plug is a product designed to securely fix pressure-resistant insulation materials using wood screws, particle board screws, and self-drilling screws. The combination of insulation fasteners and screws allows for optimal fixation of pressure-resistant insulation materials. Two shaft lengths are available to provide appropriate fastening solutions according to the application.

- By using the appropriate screws, the support disk can be directly fixed to the substrate by penetrating the insulation material. - To enhance thermal performance and prevent damage from corrosion, the screw holes are sealed with the included plastic plugs. - The required screw length can be calculated using the following formula: thickness of the insulation material being fixed + embedding depth from the disk.
