A case where cost reduction was achieved by staffing the temporary nursing room!
We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of "mamaro" at the Lifelong Learning Center Rapika in Kariwa Village, Niigata Prefecture. Previously, the facility did not have a dedicated room for baby care, and during events, meeting rooms were partitioned to create temporary nursing rooms. However, after an event, many responses in the survey requested a dedicated space, prompting the decision to create a baby care facility and implement our product. Since the implementation, user feedback has been very positive, with many expressing that they felt "at ease" not only during daily operations but also during large events.
