basic information
【Lecture Overview】 Central Park in Toyota City had its overall plan formulated in 1993. In the first phase of development, approximately 17 hectares, including Toyota Stadium, were developed under the positioning of "collaboration with the Yahagi River and the city center, and infrastructure development utilizing the stadium," and it was completed in 2001. The ongoing second phase of development plans to develop approximately 23.5 hectares as "the oasis of the city center representing the city." To realize the project effects early, the area is being divided and developed in stages. As the first step, efforts are being made to strategically develop and collaborate on "sports tourism" centered around the adjacent Toyota Stadium, utilizing Park-PFI for public-private partnerships. This seminar will provide a detailed explanation of the city's urban development initiatives, including Central Park, and future developments. 【Lecture Items】 ■ Introduction ■ Urban development projects in Toyota City ■ Park administration in Toyota City ■ Future developments (initiatives to enhance the appeal of the city center) ■ Related Q&A ■ Business card and information exchange session
