We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of "mamaro" at Hyogo Prefectural Saiseikai Hospital. Due to the removal of the kids' space, the existing nursing room became unusable, but a nursing room was essential for patients with children. After the implementation, we received feedback that the design, featuring a prominent baby bottle icon, makes it easy to recognize that there is a baby care room in front of the pediatric department.
