This is a water-stopping method using a hydrophobic water-stopping agent. It penetrates into fine gaps such as cracks and hardens! By completely sealing the entry points, it demonstrates water-stopping and water-blocking effects.
The "Gap Injection Method" is a waterproofing technique that involves drilling into leaking areas such as concrete joints and cracks, and injecting a sealing agent from a packer inserted into the drilled hole. When "Rescue Shut A" is injected, it reacts with the water it contacts inside the structure, expanding to form a foam body that is 10 to 25 times its original volume. Due to the use of a small pump dedicated to one-component materials for pressure injection, the workability is excellent, and the injected sealing agent penetrates into fine gaps and hardens due to the expansion pressure from the hydration reaction.

basic information
【Features】 ■ The injected "Rescue Shut A" expands under pressure to fill even the smallest gaps and hardens quickly. ■ After reaction hardening, it becomes a solid mass several times larger than the amount injected. ■ It fills even fine internal cracks and completely seals off leakage points and entry locations on the ground side, demonstrating water stopping and water shielding effects. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Detailed information
-
【Construction Method】 1. Investigation Work - Measure the size of the cracks and determine the injection hole pitch and angle of the drilled holes. 2. Drilling Work - Use a 10mm diameter drill to penetrate the cracks and clean the inside of the drilled holes. 3. Packer Installation Work - Insert a 10mm diameter packer into the drilled hole and install it to withstand an injection pressure of 20 MPa or more. 4. Injection Work - Connect the packer to a hose injection pump and inject the water-stopping agent at an initial pressure setting of 2.0 MPa (injection is possible up to a maximum of 20 kg/cm²). 5. Finishing Work - Remove the packer, confirm that there is no leakage, and fill the holes. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
