basic information
【Lecture Overview】 BCP (Business Continuity Planning) began in Europe and the United States in the 1970s and spread globally after the September 11 attacks in 2001. In Japan, its importance has been strongly recognized since the Great East Japan Earthquake in 2011. Mitsui Fudosan is promoting a "Smart Energy Project" that aims to realize both "urban disaster resilience" in preparation for power outages and disasters, and the improvement of "environmental performance" during normal times, throughout the city, regardless of new or existing buildings. This time, we will provide a detailed explanation of our efforts toward "building resilient cities," along with a site visit to the core energy center. 【Lecture Items】 ■ Overview of the Nihonbashi Smart Energy Project (10 minutes) ■ Visit to the Nihonbashi Energy Center (45 minutes) ■ Lecture: Future Developments and Challenges (35 minutes) ■ Related Q&A / Business Card Exchange and Networking (30 minutes)
