Considering the introduction of a web conferencing system to reduce travel time and costs!
We would like to introduce a case study of a car sales company located in Tsu City, Mie Prefecture, that implemented a web conferencing system to connect multiple locations within the prefecture. The company was conducting various meetings at its headquarters with people gathered from 16 locations across Mie Prefecture, but was considering the introduction of a web conferencing system to reduce travel time and costs. We proposed an appropriate web conferencing system from several candidates. We carried out LAN construction at each location and provided support for remote technical consultations.
