Akarina Contract
Print the hospital name to improve visibility.
A clinic located on the 6th floor of a six-story building in the city center, which has different tenants on each floor. Since the windows face south, measures against glare and heat insulation were desired, and due to the many tenants in the bustling area, it was hoped that patients could easily recognize the clinic's location. Therefore, we printed the clinic's name on the Akari-na Contract blinds to address glare and heat insulation while ensuring that the clinic's name could be recognized when viewed from the road. Given the constraints of the building's aesthetics, including the predetermined size for printing and the presence of window frames, we paid close attention to the creation of the printing data and the installation position. By calculating the angle of view and elongating the letters vertically, we achieved a design that is easy to read despite the high position. ■ Installation Direction ■ Southeast ■ Used Blinds ■ Reflect: Solar reflection rate of 84.6%. Almost no radiant heat is generated. (For Reflect horizontal type) * The Akari-na daylight blinds have different specifications, warranty contents, and services for corporate and personal use. The corporate version of Akari-na is AKARINA contract (abbreviated as Akari-na C).

The use of natural light has been practiced for a long time, and in Japan, shoji screens are a prime example. However, in recent years, there has been an increase in buildings that rely on artificial lighting without incorporating natural light during the day. While natural light has the disadvantage of being affected by weather and seasons, it excels in terms of openness, brightness, and quality of light. Our proposal is to create a space where natural light can be felt more comfortably and pleasantly indoors. This is our concept of "creating an eco-friendly and comfortable environment in harmony with natural light." Our main product, the Akarina C daylighting blind, brings in natural light and transforms it into soft, diffused light to brighten indoor spaces, thereby reducing the need for artificial lighting. Additionally, it minimizes the impact of outside temperatures, reducing temperature fluctuations near windows. As a result, it keeps spaces cool in summer and warm in winter, reducing the load on air conditioning and contributing to energy savings. The slats are highly durable and resistant to light, making them less prone to breakage and ensuring a long lifespan. With an anti-static treatment, they are less likely to collect dust, making maintenance easy. The Akarina C is an economical and environmentally friendly product. *The Akarina daylighting blind is available in versions for businesses and individuals, differing in specifications, warranty, and services. The version for businesses is called Akarina Contract (abbreviated as Akarina C).
