We would like to introduce a case where "Jobtan" has been implemented at Nakayo Co., Ltd., which is involved in the manufacturing of communication equipment. The company has been analyzing the movements of workers to improve the productivity of production cells, but they had not been able to grasp the current situation of indirect operations, specifically the water management tasks. As a result of the implementation, they were able to understand the work content, work time, and movement range of the water management tasks, which were previously not visible from an external perspective.
