This is an adapter for converting external coarse thread screws to internal fine thread screw holes. It allows for the conversion to fine thread screw holes by inserting it into existing coarse thread holes.
It has a hexagonal head type, so it can be easily tightened with a wrench or similar tool. Additionally, it can be installed on thin plates (with round holes) using hex nuts and spring washers.
